Class Descriptions


The kettlebell is a cast iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell’s center of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements which, by their nature build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.

The class involves a range of exercises using the basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, that engages the entire body at once.

Class length is 40-45min.

Boxer fit

Boxerfit is an excellent workout experience which pushes your endurance and strength to the limit. Using circuit training and pad work, the classes consist of a clever combination of cardiovascular and muscle training mixed with boxing techniques. You’ll burn more calories, build more stamina, develop and tone more muscle in a boxerfit workout than you will with most other training methods.

Class length 40-45 mins

Spin Class

This is an instructor-led, group cardio vascular class using a static bike. A typical class consists of simulated hills, flats, sprints and hover.  Varying leg speeds while seated or standing with each person working at there own level of workout via a variable resistance mechanism (gear), allowing you to make it as tough as you want!

While we do offer beginners classes, due to the nature of the bikes and options available, all levels and cycling abilities can take part in a class together if they wish.

Evening Class Lengths: 40-45 mins

Morning Classes: 30 mins spin and 30 min circuit training or bums and tums.


A high intensity class using only bodyweight exercises suitable for all levels.

Class length 30 mins



Hurricane is a high intensity class comprising of 3 rounds. Each round has 3 sets made up of 20/30 seconds of cardio and 2 strength building exercises.

Energy Circuit

Energy Circuit is based on MMA type training and consists of 3 to 5 rounds. Each round has 5 exercises which are done non stop for one miute each.

Strength Class

The Strength Class involves traditional strength exercises such as squat, deadlift,bench press, as well as a range of core exercises.

Ladies Circuit Training

Ladies circuit training is a 30 minute class using machines and a mix of cardio, core and mobility exercises….participants can join in on the circuits at any time.

Weights Class

Squats, Deadlift, Bench Pressing, Etc  Done in a technical and progressive manner under supervision.
